Carved Oxbone Box

“Carved Oxbone Box” handmade one of a kind carved oxbone box with scrimshaw done on the oxbone  by talented unknown carver. This was from a inheritance obtained by one of our long time clients. Probably created in China perhaps years ago, judging from the marvelous patina. The floral carving on the lid is well done as well. Beautiful little treasure.
