Frog Family Carving

‘Frog Family’ carving on ancient mammoth tusk ivory by unknown artist. Excellent detail on this well done piece. Very solid piece of mammoth ivory, perfect for carving. This depicts the entire progression from tadpole to adult. The mammoth ivory dates from the last Ice Age and is at least 12,000 years old!
