Lynx on the Prowl

“Lynx on the Prowl” black and white scrimshaw on very large piece of ancient mammoth tusk ivory bark by David Alams. Stealthy lynx has his next meal in sight. Huge paws enable this hunter to easily stalk and outrun his prey. Note the intense look in his eyes. Adams. has done a masterful job in this creation. Note the bare branches protruding from the snowbank. Nice touch. Great piece of bark, very large with no checks or cracks, perfect for this outstanding work.
